Refund Policy and Warranty

Refunds before delivery: You can cancel your order anytime up to 90 days after your purchase. After that, your order would have already been produced and is well on its way to your doorstep. Please note we cannot cancel an order once it has already shipped to you. 

Refunds after delivery: If you are not completely satisfied with your Project Ironside table, you may be eligible for a refund. We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. If the box has been opened, the product, including the box it arrived in, must be returned to its original condition. It should be unused and free from any damage or signs of wear and tear. Please note that the customer will need to cover the cost of return shipping, and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be sent once the product has been received at our warehouse. A 10% restocking fee will also apply.
